Ignored

I always use Mr D and have never complained on public platform until today. I ordered a 3 piece chicken from Menlyn Chicken Licken and upon arrival only received one piece of chicken. I logged my query and was told they would come back to me ASAP... Its been a day and another query logged. So here I am tired of being ignored.
