Icy Food by Mr. Delivery

We ordered food at 20:18. The original estimated time of delivery was 21:04. I called Mr. Delivery about the order and they told me to wait another 10 minutes. When the driver eventually got the food he went the opposite direction and by the time we received our food it was 21:40 and our food was cold. I find this really unacceptable
