I would never never recommend Mr Delivery

After paying Takealot for a next day delivery (extra fees) for a study book, Mr Delivery gentleman, very unfortunately came at a time I was fetching my children from school, which I explained. He was not willing to wait or come later, after I asked him if I could please reschedule for the next day, he told me my area was not on his route of deliveries! I said but I paid for next day delivery and in that case I should ask for a refund from Takealot. He agreed with me and said I should most definitely ask for a refund! I would never use Mr Delivery or recommend it and I am very sad to see that Takealot is using their services. I do hope they stop using them!
