I want my refund

I paid with my card and ordered from Roman's pizza.App later notifies me to enjoy my food yet my food was never delivered.Call through I'm told drivers usually do that to cut time.Im still waiting for my order no refund just endless calls from Headoffice with endless excuses.I want my money this is by far my worst experience with this app.
