I want my money back, you can keep your food!

MrD and BurgerKing Bryanston, one of you need to refund me my money. I ordered food and a wrong order was delivered, and the driver gave me attitude when he was supposed to go fetch my correct order as the restaurant had confirmed the order collected by the driver was not mine. Burgerking Bryanston then said they would send the correct order with another driver but never did to this very day. When reaching out to MrD I was told I wasn't going to get my refund because I logged a query outside of their complaints timeframe which I did not know of.
