I want my money back!!

On the 26th May I ordered via the Mr D app to the amount of R519. 50. On the Mr D app after I have made an immediate EFT payment to Mr D's account I got an error saying that the payment was unprocessed but still money went out of my account. The same day I logged a query the agent that I spoke to said the money has been reversed and it will take hours to reflect in my bank account. I have sent Mr D emails and was unsuccessful to get my money back. I was told to consult my bank, of which my bank told me that Mr D took the money as I have proof of payment. On the 2nd of June someone tried to assist from Mr D and said they have escalated the matter to their relevant department. Even now I haven't received any feedback even though yesterday I sent an email requesting for feedback. I really need this money and Mr D's service is just poor.
