I ordered a pizza at debonairs and accidentally selected collect instead of delivery. I called debonairs as soon as I saw the order to cancel and they told me they can't assist because the order was placed from a third party. I called Mr they told me they have get permission form debonairs to cancel and debonairs did not answer they calls so the agent Pumi said. They can't possibly tell me that this situation has never happened before and it is there responsibility to create measures to deal with situations like these. They should have advices me accordly and not just tell me my money is gone if I don't fetch the order when I tried canceling. I WANT MY MONEY
