I ordered two meals one from mc donalds on the bluff and one from flakey hake

I ordered two meals one from mc donalds on the bluff and one from flakey hake. Got my order from flakey hake no problem. The mc donalds order however was another story. The driver said the order took too long and so it was canceled. And I was not informed. I called Mr D for a follow up as to why my food was taking so long and they could not tell me at first. Then, after I called the restaurant my self to find out what was happening, they explained that the driver marked it as a failed collection. Was then credited my money and told to order again. At which point the app was telling me mc donalds is off line. Eventually my hubby had to go and order the food himself and collect himself. Very disappointed!
