I ordered dinner for my family and received a call 30 minuets later and was notified that there were no drivers however they found a driver now and my food will be delivered , fine . 30 minuets later I see no progress and I call to follow up on my order

I ordered dinner for my family and received a call 30 minuets later and was notified that there were no drivers however they found a driver now and my food will be delivered , fine . 30 minuets later I see no progress and I call to follow up on my order and the guy who helped me told me he can offer me a refund . Disappointing service because now we had to sleep on empty stomaches . I then follow up on my refund and a guy told me they can not assist me because I emailed them with an email that was not the email linked to my profile irregardless of the money which came from my account and had no interest to help me or hear me out as a customer because I’m emailing them with a different email . I eventually sent them an email with that email linked to my profile and still had to wait two weeks which I had to follow up two or three times before getting me refund . This is the most mediocre service I received with a pitch of disrespect from the staff .
