I need my money back

Yesterday around 6pm I order Bread and the whole chicken everything was accepted and later at 6:50 I got a message stating that a chicken has been cancelled they will only deliver bread and the driver took 35 rand even though they said they would refund my R89 back I have got that money in my account and even bread was not delivered till now

Here is the order no: GROC*** and was told to call Pick n pay for cancellation please help I need my money back.
