I NEED FEEDBACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I made an order on Monday which wasn't processed as they was an error from their APP side , they requested I send the statement , then that's what I did , I called looking for feedback , they kept telling me that they will call me back , today I was on the phone for 45 minutes only to be told I must send the statement again with today date ,
