I NEED A REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED

Bad experience, I bought food via Mr D app, money was deducted twice, I never received my order nor even an order number ,the worse part of this is this ,they don't even answer calls 😑 😒 so here I am the following day ,and money not yet refunded to my bank account.
