I HAD TO THROUGH THE FOOD A WAY

We ordered food at 10am and the food was delivered at 2pm. The milkshakes was melted ( foam in a cup ) pizza is dry from standing in a warmer. I tried to cansel my order at 12pm. Mr delivery emaild me and said the matter has been escalated. I had to through all the food a way.
