I didn’t get my order

Mr Delivery refuses to give me credit or refund because I didn’t get my order. What happened was that the restaurant website says it closes at 22:00 but when I got there at 21:00, it was already closed so I didn’t get my order. Life happened, my car got stuck on my way to fetch my meal now they’re saying I was supposed to get there at 19:15 which sounds very inconsiderate.
