I DELETED MY Mr. DELIVERY, il be glad if they close down permanently!!!

I had two nasty experiences with Mr. Delivery. First one actually was on Mothers day, order and an hour before our dinner time with family and 55 minutes before ETA i went on the app to track the driver only to be told order cancelled. Again this rude cancellation happened on the 25/05/2025, Mr. Delivery called to say at least one of the items i ordered was not available and i politely said supply the remaining order… hoping that was excepted and the order would be ready for delivery excluding one item out of 4/5 items items. Tracked the order after 40 minutes and to my dismay the order was cancelled simply and after calling Mr. Delivery, im told to re order. Now this is a Sunday night at 18h30, i need to now re order and wait 55 minutes. This is a total disregard for compassion and respect to its clients.
