Hungry kids with no order fro 6:55 to 9clock

So last night i placed a order with Mr delivery at 6:55 and the debit order when off my account 6 times after 2 hours of phoning and using R150 worth of airtime they only refunded 4 times back only to find out that they refunded on the app and it will take 5 day to go back in my account the person that i spoke to buy the 4th time that i phoned was so rude i told him its 9clock with no food delivery my kids are hungry he just told me that its my problem and theirs nothing that he can do about that (Gevano G) i then spoke to a other lady that told me they refunded R2193.04 on the app where they where supposed to Refund R3289.56 still with hungry kids and me and my wife still working at that time not being able to go get food because they debit most of the money out of my account could u kindy assist now they are telling us that we need to go to the bank to get this sorted out as we both work we are not able to get off to do this and the problem was on their side not ours
