HORRIFIC LEVEL OF SERVICE

I don't have words to explain the service received from MrD. It's been exactly 7 weeks of back & forth emails and whatsapp messages & phone calls & my refund still not paid back into my account. I have the proof that I have now dealt with 7 different MR.D agents & even after sending my bank statement trice the refund still not processed.The reason for my refund was that they never had stock of the item & though I requested the refund payout the same day I still didn't received it . The names of the consultants I dealt with is as follows Jahaan C Moegamat Ntombekaya Kauthar Sihle Macaela Kulsum I have the proof of all the email , whatsapp messages as well as call log to proof how I have been battling for my refund and for how long as well . They make a customers feel like beggars to resolve queries . Sorry to say MR.D can't come near to the level of professionalism as of Uber Eats. Please people rather use uber eats, 60/60 or pnp asap directly. I won't recommend anyone to make use of MR.D especially purchasing items of a higher value on the Grocerie side . This is bot the 1st time that I am experiencing this level of service . I don't evens Wana go in detail regarding previous issues with them .
