Horrific Experience

Horrific Experience. Wrote all the information for delivery. App doesn't pick up my address and therefore wrote information for the driver. Driver did not even attempt to deliver to me and cancelled my order. Called the help line and they only wanted to refund half!! I had to plea and cry for a full refund. Was notified that if this happens again, I won't get a refund at all! Complete horrific experience.
