horrible service from MR D customer care

Worst service for a call center agent from Mr D the Agent was very rude to me I told her that the i was checking the prices as I wanted to place the order but i cam to my surprise that the order was places without me putting my OTP number i asked her if it was possible for them to hold my order till 4 then I they can deliver the lady rudely said no and they didn't force me to place an order so she will cancel and I will get my refund in the next 4.5 w-days i am so angry and disappointing at her then the restaurant and the driver called me and advised they will make a plan for me to get my order on time thank you to the driver and the restaurant the lady at customer care is useless
