Horrible service 🤮

Horrible service , No option to call driver in app … their helpline personnel very rude and unhelpful , no regard for customer care whatsoever more especially from unethi M , most arrogant and unprofessional being I have ever spoken to in my life… and if you miss one text from the driver you on streamline to loosing 50% of the money you used to order it regardless of whether you call the call centre or not , alternative number option on the app is just for show and lastly , never expect to get a call back …
