Horrible service

I Ordered McDonald’s from Mr Delivery on 29th of March 2022. When my order arrived, my fries were stale and there was a funny smell coming from my burger and so I realised that the food was not fresh and therefore couldn’t eat it. I then proceeded to log multiple queries on the Mr Delivery app but to no avail. They have failed to follow up as it says they will when you log a query and so I’ve had no choice but to come here. It has just been a very disappointing experience.
