Horrible service at Mr Delivery

On the 4th of March I ordered from Mr D, didn’t get my order in the first place because the driver couldn’t find my location, he then said he was gonna fail my order, I said fine... as long as I get my refund,

After that a lady called me from call center to investigate, I told her the driver cannot find my location so he said he gonna fail the order, she asked if I could direct her, I told her no They can proceed in cancelIng my order and refund me my money back, she said okay and hung hung up

That night I didn’t get any refund, so I called them the following day to follow up on the issue, only to find out that according to Mr d It was written that I received the order which I did not. I spoke to a lady called Nesta at Mr d Witbank, she asked for prove that the order was failed, I send her screen shots to Show the order had failed, she then Offered me a 50% of the money I paid, i said to her I cannot accept that since I didn’t get the service/products I paid for, hence needed my full refund, I send her a email saying this, but haven’t heard anything from her since yesterday

On that same day I decide to order a pizza from Debonairs via Mr d again, my order arrived, but it was the wrong flavor, I didn’t even bother to complain because I knew how pathetic their customer service is

This is highly unacceptable
