Horrible service, as always

I ordered food to be delivered before 16:30 and paid online. their driver says the food has been delivered on the app without even being close to my place. He then calls 5 minutes later to say he is 5 minutes away. I wrote this comment at 16:49 and I still don't have my food. I'm supposed to be heading out for work, already behind by 20 minutes. I called the driver at 16:45, 15 minutes after the time he'd said he'd deliver my order, and he snapped at me. The mrd app didn't even have a way to cancel and reverse the order because they've already debited my money. This always happens when I pay mrd by card.
