Horrible service and unprofessional driver

The most appalling service on every level. I placed an order at a restaurant that is less than 10 min away. The driver ran a personal errand in an entirely different location AFTER collecting my order from the restaurant. I made 2 separate calls to the helpline and no real help or accountability at all. First call I made was while the driver was in the other location and I get told they will report it and to call back once the driver arrives. The second call was equivalent to a shrug. At no point on the fisr call was I told I can reject the order. No help at all. This was a horrible experience. And offering R50 vouchers on orders of R500 is laughable. I was a regular user but I’ve deleted this app and will never use them again.
