Horrible service and food!!!

On Monday 25 February, I ordered a pizza from Mr Delivery - the order stated NO onions.

The order arrived with loads of onions on, also all the toppings of the pizza was on the side in the corner stuck to the box. I immediately informed Mr Delivery around this, and that the pizza is not eatable. Waited for them to get back to me. Only to be informed that they will give me a R50 or R35 voucher to say sorry, after I have asked for either a replacement or a refund. I have done various follow up mails with them, with no answer back from them.

I have dealt with Aniqah Osman and Zindzi Marenene- followed up this morning again, no feedback.

I have the pizza in the state it was delivered at my house.

Can you please refund my money or be decent enough to answer my mails??
