Horrible service and communication with customers

Horrible service and communication with their clients.

My order was not delivered due to a breakdown. I understand that breakdowns occur - that is not the issue.

Over an hour after my food was collected it was not delivered. Only once I contacted Mr D did they phone the driver and find out why the food wasn’t delivered.

I was then phoned with an inadequate explanation of why my food was late.

Surely if an order is long outstanding Mr D should follow up on!!! Poor management of fulfillment of order / delivery!
