Horrible service

Absolutely pathetic service from Mr D Food in Cape Town. I ordered food to be delivered to my hotel. I specified the address, hotel name and room number. The Driver claims that he could not find us but i did not receive a phone call nor did he approach the hotel and have them call me, instead he canceled the order. When i contacted the customer cre line, i expected them to vontact the driver and find out what is going on but instead you told to retry. I have never experienced such ****py service in my life
