Horrible service

I ordered KFC via the Mr D App last night. The order was never confirmed for me to get an order number. An amount of R407.75 was deducted twice from my account. No food delivered and no refund as yet. I called customer service and held on the line for an hour. The operator confirmed that the system had a glitch and told me that the finance department is on it but I didn't get the turn around time for the refund. I'm beyond furious. I want my money back!!!!
