Horrible service

I am extremely annoyed with the service i received from Mr Delivery. I had my meal delivered at to me at 13:56. I was not happy about my meal and i made a query on the app and i was ignored. I gave them a clear description of my problem and they ignored my email. They only rep**** to me now at 5 asking me for more information after i gave them a clear query with a picture attached. Nothing has been done about my problem.
