Horrible service

We ordered a very expensive meal and our delivery was delayed twice. When the food finally got here it was cold and yucky. We had already paid and the delivery lady said she cannot take it back. The call centre then offered a R50 coupon to make up for the cold meal!!?? I deleted the app and would strongly recommend not paying Mr delivery up front. Very dissapointed. I will never use Mr delivery again.
