horrible service

The order came and was incorrect, I called to report this and they apologized and said they will bring another order. They then brought another incorrect order. I called again and they promised to deliver the correct food in 20 minutes. The food was late. I called yet again and was told I'd be called back. The driver came with a chocolate slab as an apology. I was livid and had lost my appetite by then. The service was horrible and even the supervisor Doris Mashiane could not resolve the issue. I can't believe I had to call them to follow up after they had gotten the order wrong twice!!! I called the supervisor after the food was delivered to tell her that I was not satisfied and that a chocolate slab will not fix anything and all she said was \okay". I feel they should have just brought back my money and kept their food. I didn't get to enjoy it anyway as I was very upset. This whole process took 2 hours. I will never order from Mr Delivery again. I'd rather drive to the fast food store I want. Bongie Nhlapho"""
