Horrible service

If I could rate them 0, I would. I placed an order for deliver at approximately 12pm. The driver calls me asking me where to deliver, even though the address was on the order. I explain to him where I am, in Midrand and he keeps insisting that the order says Vorna Valley, not Midrand. Vorna Valley IS in Midrand and there is only one possible location for the company I asked for delivery to. I get about 3 of these irritating calls from a confused and rude driver who keeps putting the phone down on me while I'm trying to explain the location.

Then, after 1pm I get an email saying that my order was cancelled. AFTER I have already paid. I've been emailing them saying that I want my refund today and nobody bothers to respond. Disgusting, pathetic service and *********** driver!
