HORRIBLE MR. D, THEIR SERVICE IS NIGHTMARE. DARE NOT TO DOWNLOAD THAT APP!!!

Welcome to the chronicles of “INADEQUATE SERVICE PROVIDER - MR. DELIVERY”. I render this company useless, from the app, the call centres, the UNPROFESSIONAL CALL AGENT, THE USELESS WHATSAPP, PATHETIC SERVICE. You query an order, and perhaps hoping it get resolve but then BOOM - The beginning of nightmare ‘customer care services’, Mr. Delivery does not care about the customers, all they do for them to resolve your issues, is to refund you and end your query. (MY REFUND NEEDS TO BE IN MY ACCOUNT, YOU DON’T DESERVE MY MONEY” They just wanna get done with you concerns, and move on making money, don’t care about how you feel, your hunger, your state of mind. I thought they’re selling convenience but NOPE, they just on it for themselves. This app needs to be boycotted!!! Very useless, stuff is useless!!! This is the last time I am using them and people MUST know. You don’t even deserve the single star. You deserve nothing. AN ANGRY CLIENT.
