Horrible experience x4

On Sunday 22 March my PnP order got cancelled after the store accepted it, this was the 3rd time in one month, then yesterday again. What annoys me the most is the store accepted the order way after delivery est time it was cancelled. Now I get paid the last day of the month, the money I used to buy food this day was my last and then my order got cancelled and I was told by PnP I can use it on restaurants now I have to use my R400 credited for takeaways and a R75 voucher only for groceries. I had no choice as we had no food and I had no money in my account to even buy a bread, I really feel I should be refunded my R400 because I had to borrow money for food until Tuesday ans yet yesterday the same happened and we just went without because I can't use money for takeaways and not have anything until next week again. No reply to emails yesterday or any of the other complaints. Just shows you as long as they get their money, and I pay Takealot more because I use PnP because of specials and not having transport. I know this is a long shot that I want a R400 credit refund not just my own money returned because of the inconvenience I have gone through.
