Horrible experience!

I placed an order for food, after waiting for an hour of the status saying that my food is being prepared i called the Mr D call center. They acknowledge my query and committed to call me back with an update. Another 20 min passed and suddenly my order satus changed to canceled and no one called me back as committed. I again called the call center to be informed that the money will be credited to a wallet account as the driver canceled the order. After requesting a credit back into my account i was told that it will take upto 5 business days. I then asked to speak to a manager and was informed that there is no manager on duty. I insisted and was told that I will be transfer to someone else and been put on hold and 2 min later the call was dropped. This all resulted in me having to get into my car and go and get food 2 hours after placing the original order on Mr D's app. This was a horrible experience and I still need to get my money back into my account.
