HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

It was the most horrible experience EVER by Mr D Bloemfontein! After we ordered food on 19/8/2020 at Spur Casino (18:02) the food was picked up at 18:40 by the driver. The driver called us many times to get to the address as his GPS was not working. After many calls and indications, we realized he did not understand Afrikaans or English. If you try to talk to him, he becomes impatient and just talks faster – you cannot hear anything he says. It was agreed that he would have to wait at a specific Engen garage, and we would find him there. He was not there with my husband's arrival at the garage. My husband went to Spur! The driver contacted me and said we were not at the garage - he was apparently at another garage again – confused. I told him my husband is at Spur Casino he can meet him there. The food was unfortunately already paid for and I could not cancel the order otherwise I did. According to the app, the food was delivered by 19:15 which is untrue My husband only came home at 19:55 with ice cold food - the steak was raw - the sauce we asked for was replaced with another sauce. Something that had to be easy and fast turned into something awful. Spur did not read the order correctly and the driver was pathetic – he wasted my time and airtime as I had to call him back many times.
