Horrible delivery company, the worst

This is a second horrible incident I'm experiencing with the company in a space of two weeks. First 1,my money was taken but no food delivered and the foolish driver confirmed that he delivered my food at my house when he didn't. I just ordered food about an hour ago and my money was take from my account but the order is not even showing on their App. What nonsense is this now, I want my money ASAP so I deleted this thing
