Horrible customer service

If there was a -10 I would give that So last night I ordered pizza pies for myself and flat mate The app showed delivery estimated to be at 19:45 our order was placed at 18:45 so 1hour wait no problem Waited and waited no one showed leaving us hungry is it fair to do that to your customers I always tip well so why the bad service now
