Horrible customer service

Placed an order for delivery today and apparently they had a system error, yet my money was taken,,, twice, I received a call from a Nikita who assured me that she will get my food delivered and i should not attempt to re-order. This was probably 11:49. I called around 12h30 and was advised that the order hadn't been released yet. Consultant said she will leave a note for Nikita. I called now at 14:38 spoke to Asanda or something to that effect, she said my order had now been cancelled because the store was offline. Imagine no one bothering to COMMUNICATE with me at all and I have just been waiting in vain!!!
