Horrible customer service

I placed an order at 11:34 and the app was telling me it will be delivered at 16:24 what kind of nonsense is that and I’ve been calling back and forth and no one is really assisting me.

Thank goodness this is my last order and I will be deleting that app and never going back.

But first I need my refund.
