Horrible customer service

We ordered our food tonight through Mr Delivery. Our food arrives and it is completely wrong and under delivered. We phone in to get told to send them a picture via email and not touch the food? No ETA as to when this will get resolved. Told to just wait. This is terrible service!! From the food store too!!
