horrible app

I want my money back!! I placed an order and I received a lousy response saying the restaurant didn’t accept my order due to being busy and my money has been refunded back to my account. I checked my bank balance, No money was refunded. I was expecting my refund to be immediate because it was deducted same time, but their email response was it will reflect within 24hours, or 5 days depending on the type of the bank. I found it very unfair especially that I didn’t get any service from them yet my money was taken immediately, but I’m made to wait. Can I have my money back ASAP!!! It’s the most absurd thing I have ever experience and will never ever use this app horrible app.
