Horrible and misleading service

Used the online service to order from Mr Delivery Cresta. After seeing on the tracker that the order was placed and the driver out, got a call from the Mr D office telling me they don't actually deliver in my area ( even though i used them before) they only deliver in a 15km radius (i stay 5km down the road) and can they charge extra for the driver ( on top of the tip I already included). Really!!? I will never make use of this service again. They have no bussiness ethics and such a bad attitude!
