Horrible

I ordered food from Mr Delivery Rivonia and paid via card over the phone R 418.00 then I spend all night waiting for my food that never came! i waited till 10am the next morning for them to open and called the manager he was so arrogant and rude and told me I did not pick my phone up!! There was no miss call on my phone and I have 2 intercoms at the gate so someone would have opened!!! Then he wanted to deliver the old food of the previous day. He also said it is not his problem and he will not refund the money!! So I did not get food I ordered and paid for and I lost my money!!! I am very disappointed and this is unacceptable the customer lost and he has no worry because Mr Delivery got their money!!!
