HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MR D AND and McDonald's Willows

I bought a 1 Boerie Double MEAL on the 3rd of December 2021 and they only delivered the burger, I have tried to raise a dispute on their website but no feedback was given to me, ATLEAST REFUND ME MY MONEY AND CHARGE ME FOR THE BURGER BECAUSE THATS ALL I RECEIVED
