HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED BY MR D

I Am highly disappointed with the service I got tonight from Mr Delivery. I ordered KFC via Mr delivery at 7:20pm,w hile I was waiting for the food we got loadshedding at my place. Around 7:55 pm I went to the gate since my phone was off due to loadshedding. The driver was not there I went to my neighbours flat to borrow a phone to make a follow up. I called KFC they confirmed my order left the shop. Then I called Mr D the 1st lady I spoke to said the driver cancelled my order, then she promised to follow check what can be done. She never called, the 2nd lady didnt call. The 3rd lady I spoke to told me the driver couldn't get hold of and I told her put my unit no on the app why didn't he at least talk to security for assistance? Then lady rudely said its not the driver's responsibility to go around looking for me. I asked about my R155 the lady said they can't refund me. No food no refund
