High annoyed and dissapointed client

I order a nandos family meal from kloof street in Cape Town cbd...and on my order i specifically asked for extra sauce. My chicken had no sauce it was extreamly dry and had no sauce or taste. The next day i put a complaint on MRD and they have been sending me emails everyday asking me to provide them with proof in which i did and everyday they would say they are investigating the matter now after a week they just apologise and thats it.. I must say that my experience has been pathetic not only with the food but definately with the service as many drivers cant even find my place of delivery... Thank god that drive thru will be now available because you are paying service fees for a pathtic service.. Goodbye mrd good riddance..
