Helpless. Complain

Goodday. I see everyone have the same problem. .

I order my FNB credit cards about a month back and still waiting. I try to call Mr D Courier to change the delivery adres. . Because they don't know how a gps works. I have been calling for 17times in the past weeks and they just keep me on hold. Can they send it back to FNB so I can collect it at the branch? How do I get hold of them!? My ref: ********** 5842.
