I have placed and odder for KGC in Goodwood @12:39 and got notification food will be ready _+13:19. I called KFC GOODWOOD @2PM was told there are no drivers from MR D to collect the food , They still have orders waiting for collection before my order . Why no notification on the website when we order that there is delays on the drivers.I called Mr D was told the matter will be escalated and will check available driver, it is 2:05 when i called . u tell me how long i still need to wait for the matter to be escalated. i had to arrange and collect my food by myself.I sent email as well to MR D still no response, what a disgusting service.
