Hacked MrD delivery

My Mrd account was hacked and used to order food to address 547 concession street Nellmapius 0122,

I have called Mrd on that day to report, I was told they are escalating to the data department, after two weeks I did a follow up, which I was told the matter is been escalated, I did again today and I was told the same thing. I want my refund and the account to be deleted as the customer service cannot give me contacts of the so called data department to escalate and follow up with the relevant department.

There seem to be no cyber security department, and no communication since I reported. I deleted all my bank details since from the app and stopped using it. And if it is that simple for someone to use my account I want to warn everyone to be careful with MrD.
